![]() ![]() Ok so i called again and said close my account and send me the money. Their system did send me codes previosuly to the same phone number on file. They refuse to unlock the account and refuse to update my phone number. Its been a week ive been trying to update my account to access my money. Rep says sorry our system is not accepting it (or something like that). Again, i recieve a call, give the rep the code. They tell me first we have to send an automated call with a code that you need to provide us to authenticate. I call later to update the phone number they have on file for me in effor to reset the password myseld through the app but using a different phone number. She says sorry our system is not accepting it. Now i recieve a call and proceed to give it to the rep. ![]() They tell me sure we can unlock the account but first we need to send a voice code for authentication. Same thing to reset the password by getting an authentication by voice call. I attempt to reset the password, but even though their app (and website) state i'll get a text message to authenticate I never do. I download the app, attempt to login and get locked out. So I have a Citizens Bank chexking account.
